In addition to that extensive education and training, I have a wealth of experience. Respect for each person’s individual circumstances and needs is a cornerstone of my approach.

My approach to therapy

I have flexible psychotherapy style blending techniques from various approaches to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to each client's unique needs, goals and issues. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and skills training techniques are used according to each person's needs

What you can expect from me

During your first meeting we'll discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. I'll ask about your life, history, current struggles, and what brought you to therapy. I'll also introduce myself, explain my approach, discuss confidentiality, and cover logistics.
