Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing what you are going through. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and life stress. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, and I use trauma-informed treatments such as EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences and build effective coping skills. My goal is to help you feel understood while developing practical tools that support healing and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with clients to better understand the patterns, experiences, and stressors that may be contributing to their current challenges. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and other therapeutic techniques, to help clients process difficult experiences and develop effective coping skills. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences while building tools that promote healing and long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first appointment, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. You will have the opportunity to share your current concerns, goals, and any relevant background that may help me better understand your experiences. I will also explain how therapy works, answer any questions you may have, and begin discussing possible approaches to support you. My goal during the first session is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin working together.
