I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and life stress. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, and I use trauma-informed treatments such as EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences and build effective coping skills. My goal is to help you feel understood while developing practical tools that support healing and lasting change.
