Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. For five years, I have supported people in outpatient and inpatient addiction settings, hospitals, needle exchanges, and those living with severe and persistent mental illness. Today, I primarily help adults ages 18 to 45 navigate anxiety through individualized, one-on-one therapy. I bring compassion, curiosity, and experience to every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational first, because our connection matters more than any single technique. I draw from EMDR, neuroscience-informed somatic work, psychodynamic therapy, and Jungian ideas, tailoring our work to your needs. Sometimes we will talk things through, and other times we will slow down and notice what your body has been carrying. I will meet you with curiosity, not judgment, and honor a pace that feels manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will complete paperwork and informed consent, explore your history, and talk about what brings you to therapy now. Most importantly, you will have space to decide whether I feel like a safe, helpful fit. You should leave with a clearer sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable opening up. From there, we will build a treatment plan together based on what you genuinely want from therapy and the pace that feels right for you.
