Working with Adults aged 18-64, I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. I offer over six years of experience providing individual and group therapies benefiting clients by relieving symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and obsessive patterns in private and community mental health setting. I earned a Master of Arts at Adams State University in Community Counseling.
I offer a safe space for clients to be heard and explore their thoughts and feelings. Using an eclectic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion regulation, attachment therapy, somatic and mindfulness skills, I can empower clients to make lasting changes through greater awareness, self compassion and healthier thinking patterns.
Coping with life’s challenges and can be overwhelming at times when anxiety, depression and past traumas make it difficult to live your life they way you want. We can collaborate to develop doable steps on your journey to your best life with a greater sense of calm, confidence and awareness.
