Great to meet you!

I have been working as a psychotherapist for the past 24 years. I am located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in the downtown area. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I also have a doctorate in Philosophy specializing in Metaphysical Counseling. I am triple board-certified, and I am well versed in Mental Health and Substance Abuse. I am passionate about my work, I am reliable and dependable, and I am knowledgeable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is connecting and understanding my client's presenting problem. I believe in using empathy and rapport building in order to develop a healthy therapeutic bond. I have been trained to listen attentively to my clients and create an individualized treatment that caters to their needs. I make an atmosphere of healing and unconditional positive regard in a nonjudgmental environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away my level of professionalism and care for detail. They will leave the session with goals and the confidence that they are working with an experienced therapist. The entire process is explained in a way that is comprehendible and inspirational. The client should be looking forward to the second session and the beginning of addressing their presenting problem.
