Great to meet you!

Born on Fort Knox Army Base and raised in Chicago, I was educated at Fordham University in New York City. I have been providing telehealth counseling services to individuals and couples in Arizona since 2021.

My approach to therapy

I have a fundamental belief that we are all capable of positive life change. It is never too late, nor too early, to become who you want to be. Whether you are managing a recent crisis that has disrupted your life, or are looking to heal past traumas to take control of your future. I offer a real-life approach to help you achieve your desired goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave with a clear understanding of the therapeutic process and how it can uniquely support your goals. Hopefully, you'll also gain a sense of immediate relief from having shared your concerns and a feeling of hope and direction for the path ahead. We'll identify initial strengths and begin to outline actionable steps we can take together.
