Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience providing counseling, prevention and psychoeducation services. I work with clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, substance issues, anger and stress issues, the effects of trauma, relationship issues and more. I also specialize in helping with life transitions and career issues especially among entrepreneurs and those seeking a new direction in life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer 100% HIPAA compliant tele-health therapy via phone and video for privacy and convenience. My style is supportive and empowering, using elements of CBT, mindfulness and positive psychology to educate and inspire others to achieve healing and growth. I believe we all have the capacity to improve ourselves and live more healthy and fulfilling lives. I respect the values and beliefs of my clients and I aspire to see the world from their perspective as we work towards the life they want.
