Great to meet you!

My goal is to help you help yourself in an authentic, open, and non-judgmental partnership.

I cater to a broad range of concerns, and typically serve clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relational issues, periods of transition, educational issues, and burnout, among other things.

After graduating the University of Houston's counseling program, I have been in practice for nearly 2 years. Outside of counseling, I have spent over a decade as middle and high school teacher.

My approach to therapy

All clients are unique, so I approach each client with an integrated approach tailored to their needs. I primarily utilize solution focused techniques, but I also incorporate cognitive behavioral and other approaches.

I believe a successful counseling relationship is one where you are able to build the capacity to meet your own needs and walk away feeling empowered.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will primarily be exploring your needs and setting obtainable goals.
