He has served as a therapist, a consultant, speaker and a trainer across seventeen states and in seven countries outside of the United States. Dr. Duffy uses a collaborative style to help clients create practical solutions to their challenges.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Duffy works to understand the concerns the client brings to therapy from their own perspective. With a solid foundation of engagement, he uses a collaborative approach to help clients create practical solutions to the concerns that brought them to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients should leave a session feeling like they have been understood and valued. They should leave with a strategy to improve their situation that they had a role in creating and is tailored for them individually.
