Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in working with adults and adolescents in high-intensity settings, including correctional facilities and crisis environments. My clinical training is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Gestalt interventions, and existential approaches. I also integrate trauma-informed care into all of my work.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, anger, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. I have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by the criminal justice system, as well as those managing high levels of stress, pressure, or emotional overload.
I approach therapy with both compassion and clarity. I value accountability, self-awareness, and practical skill-building, while also creating space to explore deeper patterns, family dynamics, and personal meaning. My goal is to help clients not only reduce symptoms, but build insight and long-term resilience.
