My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, grounded, and able to show up as yourself without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin exploring your experiences, patterns, and goals with curiosity and compassion while also discussing what support may look like moving forward. The first session is less about having all the answers and more about building a foundation of trust, safety, and connection so you can get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit for you.
