Great to meet you!

Many people I work with are used to holding a lot on their own. On the outside, they may appear functional or capable, while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift. We’ll slow things down and work together in a way that feels grounded, collaborative, and genuinely attuned to your needs and nervous system.

My approach to therapy

We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and work in a way that supports your system—not overwhelms it. My work draws from Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems approaches that attend not only to your thoughts, but also to your nervous system and inner experience. Rather than only talking about what’s happening, we’ll gently notice what you’re experiencing in your body—sensations, tension, emotions, and shifts in energy—and learn how to support your system in finding greater balance and regulation. Together, we’ll approach your experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you better understand the patterns, protective parts, and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck while creating space for meaningful internal change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, what challenges you’ve been carrying, and what you hope may feel different through this process. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive to your nervous system. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, grounded, and able to show up as yourself without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin exploring your experiences, patterns, and goals with curiosity and compassion while also discussing what support may look like moving forward. The first session is less about having all the answers and more about building a foundation of trust, safety, and connection so you can get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit for you.
