My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I believe that mental health treatment works best when it is a partnership—I take time to listen, understand your unique story, and develop a plan that fits your needs and goals.

I draw on evidence-based treatments, including both medication management and supportive therapy, and I place a strong emphasis on education so you feel empowered in your care. I also consider the whole person—mind, body, and environment—recognizing how factors like stress, sleep, nutrition, and relationships influence well-being.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other challenges, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we can work toward improving your mental health and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a clearer understanding of their symptoms, practical strategies to manage them, and a sense of support and encouragement. I focus on helping clients feel heard, validated, and equipped with tools they can use in their daily lives. My goal is that each session moves you one step closer to improved well-being, whether that’s through education, skill-building, or adjusting treatment to fit your unique needs.
