Great to meet you!

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from Antioch University Seattle, with concentrations in Neuropsychology, Forensic Psychology, Child & Adolescent Psychology, and Existential-Phenomenological Psychology. My post-doctoral training includes a two-year fellowship in Forensic Psychology and Neuropsychology, where I developed expertise in neuropsychological and forensic assessment, psychoeducational evaluations, and cognitive functioning analysis. I am trained in psychoeducational assessment, child and adolescent psychology, gender-affirming care, and forensic psychology, with over two decades of experience. Holding multiple advanced degrees and specialized training certifications, I have built a career that integrates clinical expertise, forensic evaluation, and cognitive science to support individuals facing complex psychological, neurodevelopmental, and neurological challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is solution-focused and centered on problem-solving. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their challenges, develop practical strategies, and empower them to achieve meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

The first couple of sessions allow me to get to know who you are as a person and to construct what I believe will be the most effective way to help you to start feeling better. I take a whole-person approach which usually involves working with other professionals such as primary care providers and often times further evaluation as there may be underlying factors such as ADHD, Learning difficulties etc.
