Great to meet you!

If you are feeling lost, confused, and unhappy with the direction life is going, let's work together to address what is holding you back. "Finding My Potential" is something you are seeking; then let's work on ways to cope with challenging thoughts, identify skills you can use to move forward, look holistically at habits/lifestyle, and develop a road map that gets you on the path you were meant for. It is important to note that this approach is based on a treatment session connected to techniques and actions you will do between sessions. I look forward to working with you.

I have a broad background in therapy, having managed and worked as a therapist in a variety of services. As an individual therapist, I have done the most work with teenagers, children, and young adults. I have provided individual counseling to adults, families, and couples. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, with a commitment to outcomes.

You can book with me by clicking on my website.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based framework that helps individuals identify and reshape the patterns of thinking and behavior that may be holding them back. My goal is to provide practical, effective tools that empower you to navigate challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Clinical Experience

My career has spanned the full continuum of care, including:

  • Outpatient, Inpatient, and Home-Based Care: This broad experience allows me to support clients through everything from daily stressors to acute crises.
  • Emergency Evaluation: I bring a calm, decisive presence to high-stakes situations, ensuring safety and stability when it is needed most.
  • Youth & Families: While I work with a variety of populations, a significant portion of my practice focuses on children ages 10 and up, as well as families and couples looking to improve communication and connection.

Specialized Counseling

In addition to traditional clinical therapy, I offer specialized career and leadership counseling. Drawing on my business background, I help professionals and leaders manage burnout, navigate workplace dynamics, and develop the emotional intelligence necessary for effective leadership.

Education & Training

I hold a Master of Business Administration and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. This dual training allows me to bridge the gap between mental wellness and professional performance, providing a holistic environment for my clients to thrive.

What you can expect from me

The first session—often called an intake—is about building a foundation of safety and mutual understanding. It is a space for us to move beyond the paperwork and start identifying what a "better" version of your life looks like.
