Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018 from the University of Maryland, then subsequently earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. I have experience working in an inpatient psychiatric facility caring for adults with various psychiatric conditions. My goal is to establish a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect.

I am licensed and credentialed in New Jersey and Colorado. I am accepting new clients from those states.

My approach to therapy

As an integrative, collaborative, patient-centered psychiatric practitioner, my holistic approach emphasizes active patient collaboration. I address their physical, emotional, and mental wellness through evidence-based practices and integrative therapies. Offering medication management, psychotherapy, nutraceutical therapy, mindfulness, and stress reduction strategies, we work together for optimal mental health and lasting vitality. I can also order pharmacogenetic testing through GeneSight.

Unlike many other providers, I provide my clients a significant amount of time to discuss their needs for the intake and follow up sessions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to receive personalized care that addresses their unique needs and concerns. This may include medication management, therapy, lifestyle modifications, and other evidence-based practices that aim to achieve optimal outcomes and enhance overall quality of life. I hope that my clients can feel inspired and empowered after they work with me.

Disclaimer:

**I only see clients on Schedule II controlled substances such as stimulants in person per current regulations*.

I am currently not accepting clients on controlled substances.**
