Great to meet you!

I am a New York licensed psychologist who works with adults, couples, and high-functioning professionals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, ADHD, relationship stress, and the pressure to perform.

I integrates psychodynamic therapy, CBT, attachment-based, and interpersonal approaches to help clients build insight, develop more flexible coping strategies, and create a more sustainable relationship with work, achievement, and themselves. His clinical style balances warmth and challenge, helping clients feel understood while also encouraging meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy for those curious about themselves, emphasizing warmth, exploration, and gentle-confrontation to foster insight and self-knowledge. Each session will be tailored to your needs and will emphasize meeting your needs in the present moment. Sometimes we may implement practical skills to help with specific psychological problems, or we may explore how past events may have impacted how you feel today. Each session may look different, but we will collaborate to make sure we are working toward a shared goal.

What you can expect from me

The first session usually start with a direct and comprehensive discussion about what you would like to work on, and what makes you feel "off" on the day-to-day. I focus on clarifying what underlying psychological mechanisms may be contributing to distress and we discuss what therapy goals might be achievable.
