Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I will always strive to work from the values and worldview of my clients, and seek to better understand them. I'll strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can share their experiences without fear of judgment while still engaging with their truest selves.

Healing may look a bit different for each person. So I do my best to equip clients with the tools to help them make sense of the hurt and pain they may be going through. I like to empower clients to overcome their adversities utilizing the tools at their disposal. If you’re struggling and desire change, I would be honored to join you on your mental health journey. You are not alone in this.

My approach to therapy

I do my best to utilize a multitude of different styles and approaches ranging from a more person-centered theoretical approach to a more directive cognitive behavioral approach. More often than not, I try to see things through a more systemic lens, meaning the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. In other words, there is often more going on than what we initially can see.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an attentive listener, eager to set goals collaboratively with you. I strive to create an warm and welcoming environment where clients can feel safe and feel truly accepted.
