Great to meet you!

I am a fully licensed clinical professional counselor with over 10 years of experience in the field. I received my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in 2019 and I have worked in a wide range of treatment settings from inpatient and intensive outpatient, to residential and my current role in outpatient care. I work with all ages and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment concerns. However, I am not limited to only those areas I am open to providing a consult to ensure that I am the best fit for your care.

My approach to therapy

I work from a humanistic perspective, incorporating a client-centered framework to my treatment with clients. However, I also strive to integrate interventions from other treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as needed.

What you can expect from me

I value the process of building a connection with my clients in order to set a strong foundation for our time in therapy. In our first session I will orient you to the process of therapy and what to expect from the experience. I will offer some options of where we can go with the time that we have in the session and will make sure that your presence is seen and your voice is heard in deciding the option that feels comfortable for you. I will strive to better understand your experiences and will actively listen throughout in order to gather as accurate of an understanding as possible. We will then collaborate on some goals that you can see yourself working on, and how we can tailor those goals to ensure that you are as successful as possible in reaching them.
