Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and patterns in relationships that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in helping clients develop emotional regulation skills, increase self-awareness, and better understand how their nervous system responds to stress. From there, we focus on creating more intentional ways of responding—so you’re not just reacting on autopilot, but making choices that align with who you want to be.

I tend to be a good fit for clients who are ready to look a little deeper—especially those dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling like they’ve been “holding it together” for a long time but aren’t actually feeling better.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear sense of what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on recently, any patterns you’ve been noticing, and what’s been feeling most difficult to manage. You won’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—my role is to help guide the conversation and ask the right questions so we can start making sense of things together.

I’ll also take some time to understand your history, your goals, and any barriers you anticipate encountering as we work towards those goals.
