Great to meet you!

Aloha nui loa, and welcome to new possibilities, as you step through the threshold of conscious self-care. Congratulation on taking that first step in reaching out for help. Let's start that process together by creating a treatment plan that will address your needs.

My approach to therapy

I invite the story to unfold as my clients and I explore what is underlining issues. Eventually we will develop a game plan that may include a variety of modalities from cognitive behavioral therapy to experiential somatic therapy including adding guided ceremony accompanied by a journal and mindfulness practice.

I often use nature as my co-therapist, and will assign homework or home-play that invites one to acknowledge the healing qualities around us and in us.

Together we will continually assess where we are, then adjust our goals accordingly.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will tap into why you are seeking help, what may be going on (your Story) and then co-create beginner steps to our treatment plan.
