Hey There! I believe that every thought, emotion, and behavior that a person entertains is actively shaping their current reality. My goal is to support others as they learn to accept, love, and claim their authentic selves and move away from patterns that are no longer serving the individual, by actively exploring their unique interests and evolving needs. Our work together will guide your own understanding of your values and way of being in your world.

I believe in client driven services that focus on agency and autonomy. I view our therapeutic relationship as a partnership between two people. We will work together to accomplish your goals. I am here as a safe place to unpack negative patterns and create new ones. As a non-binary queer therapist of color, I recognize there is no “right” way to live one’s life and each person has a right and need to be seen and heard at the authentic level. I encourage mindful, intentional, and compassionate self-awareness as we explore your brain and how it interacts with your world. I like to use humor and direct questions and encourage you to be comfortable in your own space as we actively achieve self created therapy goals.
