Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns that are affecting your relationships and wellbeing, you're in the right place. I help adolescents, adults, and families work through trauma, PTSD, family conflict, anger, and impulse control challenges, and I bring more than 24 years of experience to that work. What matters most to me is that you feel heard, without judgment, in a warm and open-minded space. Together we'll identify what's driving your challenges, build practical coping strategies, and work toward lasting healing and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe meaningful change happens when clients gain insight into their behaviors while developing practical skills they can use every day.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Management, and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST) to help clients process trauma, manage PTSD symptoms, improve emotional regulation, reduce anger and impulsive behaviors, strengthen family relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.

Together, we'll focus on creating realistic goals that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what challenges are bringing you to therapy. We'll explore your goals, current stressors, and what support would be most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful, with a clear understanding of how therapy can help you move toward healing, healthier relationships, and greater emotional balance.
