Great to meet you!

With more than 24 years of experience, I help adolescents, adults, and families navigate trauma, PTSD, family conflict, anger, impulse control challenges, and life's most difficult moments. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns that are affecting their relationships and overall wellbeing.

My goal is to provide a warm, open-minded, and supportive environment where you feel heard without judgment. Together, we'll identify what's driving your challenges, build practical coping strategies, and work toward lasting emotional healing and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe meaningful change happens when clients gain insight into their behaviors while developing practical skills they can use every day.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Management, and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST) to help clients process trauma, manage PTSD symptoms, improve emotional regulation, reduce anger and impulsive behaviors, strengthen family relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.

Together, we'll focus on creating realistic goals that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what challenges are bringing you to therapy. We'll explore your goals, current stressors, and what support would be most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful, with a clear understanding of how therapy can help you move toward healing, healthier relationships, and greater emotional balance.
