My name is Patti, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have practicing for 5-years. A bit about my approach to therapy

I love person-centered therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is my belief that people do the things they do because of what is going on inside their mind.

What you can expect from our first session

It is important to me that all clients walk away from session feeling that they were able to express themselves in a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental environment. I hope all of my clients feel validated, loved, and appreciated for who they are.
