I want to empower you with the skills to get through the limitations you come through the door with. Each client has unique struggles that need to be identified, acknowledged and processed. All while learning and practicing skills to enhance your strengths. Knocking down obstacles, being stronger and able to move forward without the weight of the past.

I prefer to not just sit across from one another and share words back and forth. I like action. I provide different outlets for you to choose from during your sessions; drawing, doodling, fidgets, music, games, and feelings cards just to name a few. You decide what works best for you.

You can expect to leave with skills to assist with your limitations, challenges to practice between sessions, educational information to share with family members and hope for a positive change in what you brought you into therapy.
