About Me

For more than two decades, I’ve walked alongside individuals who are navigating the complexities of relationships, addiction, loss, and the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through partnership—one where you learn not only how to move through what hurts, but how to show up for yourself in ways that are honoring, self-regarding, and deeply empowering.

My approach to therapy

My Approach

I am both present- and future-focused. Together, we’ll clear the emotional clutter that keeps you stuck so you can hear your own inner guidance with greater clarity. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life—you are. My role is to be a steady, attuned co‐pilot as you become an even more confident pilot of your own path.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, grounded, and supported in sessions. I bring a blend of practical tools, emotional insight, and gentle challenge to help you reconnect with your strengths, your truth, and your capacity to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

What You Can Expect

  • A collaborative, respectful partnership
  • A focus on what’s possible—not just what’s painful
  • Space to explore patterns without judgment
  • Tools to help you regulate, reflect, and realign
  • Support in building healthier relationships with others and with yourself
  • A therapeutic environment that honors your pace, your story, and your growth

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are ready to step into deeper self-awareness and create lasting change. Whether you’re grieving a loss, navigating relationship challenges, healing from addiction, or simply feeling disconnected from your own voice, you don’t have to do it alone.

If You’re Ready

If you’re ready to move from paralysis to possibility, from overwhelm to clarity, or from self-doubt to self-trust, I’m here to help you take the next step.
