Great to meet you!

Welcome to my page! I am so happy you are here. I have over 23 years of experience working as a school social worker and have been in private practice for the last 4 years. My areas of focus include neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, PDA, social communication struggles, etc) for children ages 3-17. I also work to support parents on successful parenting strategies as well as help families advocate for their children's educational needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with children, parents and families is one of patience and compassion. Knowing that working through difficulties is a vulnerable place to be, I make sure those I am working with feel seen, heard and supported along the journey.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will be one where we spent time gathering background information, talking about goals and outcomes and sharing the ways in which I can support and help guide your child(ren), you and or your family to reach what we have set out to accomplish. I will create a warm and inviting environment to help ease any discomfort so that your child(ren) and you feel welcomed to share openly. It is my mission to support children and families so they can be the best versions of themselves and live a fulfilling life.
