Patty is a passionate and distinguished therapist & school counselor with over two decades of experience, specializing in grief counseling, addictions, anxiety, and crisis intervention among many other challenges. She integrates music & literature, into her holistic therapeutic approach & holds five degrees & multiple licenses & certifications, including an IADC, NCC, LPC, & LMHC. She is a songwriter & author. She has two Russian Blue cats, loves family, landscapes &waterfalls.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy. It is holistic and innovative as well as person centered and solution focused. I believe in tailoring each session to the needs of my client and incorporating approaches that best fit the person and challenge at present.

What you can expect from me

Clients will certainly learn and know they have a voice, know that their voice and perspective is important, feel validated and comforted as well as engaged in their own healing process and gain confidence within themselves to independently make decisions. In addition, each client will gain perspective of their challenges and options of how to navigate each one of them. There will be a driven focus on resilience, self-acceptance and love.
