Great to meet you!

When life takes an unexpected turn, it’s easy to feel like you’ve lost your sense of direction. Whether you’re struggling with a major life change, mental health challenges, or questions about your identity, therapy can help you regain your footing and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

I enjoy working with young and middle-aged adults whose lives have been disrupted by challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, grief, or stress related to school or work. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can make sense of what you've been through and identify a meaningful path forward. Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t easy, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I’d be honored to support you as you heal, grow, and build a life that feels meaningful again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood. Drawing on different modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), I help you understand how past experiences shape present patterns and build practical skills for lasting change. My goal is not only to help you manage today's challenges but also to foster resilience, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to create a nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship.

We'll discuss what has brought you to therapy, any challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will take time to understand your experiences and goals while ensuring you feel respected and understood. Most clients leave our first session feeling a little lighter, clearer about what brought them here, and more hopeful about what’s possible ahead.
