Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I graduated from Seton Hall University with a M.A/Ed.S in Professional Counseling. I have experience working with a wide variety of problems, but particularly enjoy working with anxiety, depression, men’s issues, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

While I am grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, I take an eclectic approach to our work together. No one has lived your life or experienced things exactly the way you have. I feel strongly that the best approach is the one that works for you. As the legendary psychiatrist Irvin Yalom said, “invent a new therapy for each patient.” I will work collaboratively with you to understand your goals and how to achieve them, while maintaining adherence to evidence-based practices. You can expect honesty, dedication, accountability, and unconditional positive regard for you and your experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session with me typically involves a review of what you can expect, space to ask any questions you may have, and an overview of what brings you to counseling. My initial focus is to establish trust and collaboration between us while we explore your goals and build your treatment plan.
