Great to meet you!

No matter what you are going through, whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, or men's issues, I want to help you move forward. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and pride myself on bringing honesty, dedication, accountability, and unconditional positive regard for you and your experiences to every session. I'd love to connect and see how we can work together. Schedule a free consultation now and take the first step toward your future.

My approach to therapy

While I am grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, I take an eclectic approach to our work together, often incorporating ACT, trauma-focused methods, and exposure to accommodate your needs. No one has lived your life or experienced things exactly the way you have. I feel strongly that the best approach is the one that works for you. As the legendary psychiatrist Irvin Yalom said, “invent a new therapy for each patient.” I will work collaboratively with you to understand your goals and how to achieve them, while maintaining adherence to evidence-based practices.

What you can expect from me

The first session with me typically involves a review of what you can expect, space to ask any questions you may have, and an overview of what brings you to counseling. My initial focus is to establish trust and collaboration between us while we explore your goals and build your treatment plan.
