Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with more than 6 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges, including addiction recovery, trauma, and life transitions. Clients describe me as approachable, genuine, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when it feels like an honest conversation that creates space for growth, healing, and clarity.

I have a particular interest in supporting professionals — healthcare workers, attorneys, business leaders — who are balancing recovery with the pressures of demanding careers. Whether you’re seeking to begin sobriety or sustain long-term recovery, I bring clinical expertise, lived experience, and a compassionate presence to walk with you on the journey.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based methods such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy while also drawing on present-moment awareness and recovery-oriented perspectives.

In addition to evidence-based approaches, I can incorporate spiritual principles into therapy for clients who desire it - always respectful of each person's values and beliefs.

My style is collaborative and straightforward—I’ll listen closely, reflect back what I hear, and when helpful, gently challenge you to consider new ways of seeing and moving forward. My goal is to help you uncover patterns, strengthen resilience, and connect with a deeper sense of peace and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your hopes, and your past experiences. I’ll go at your pace, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure you feel heard and understood. Most clients leave their first session feeling relieved to have a safe, supportive space where they don’t have to carry everything alone.
