Great to meet you!

Life can become difficult when stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or substance use begin affecting your ability to function the way you'd like. You may feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from those around you, struggling with motivation, or uncertain about how to make meaningful changes. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, stress management challenges, men's issues, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorders, and chronic health conditions. With more than a decade of experience in mental health treatment, I help clients identify obstacles that may be preventing them from reaching their goals while building practical skills to support growth and long-term success. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, therapy can provide the support, accountability, and tools needed to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, supportive, and solution oriented. I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel understood while also being challenged to examine patterns that may no longer be serving them. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Reality Therapy, Positive Psychology, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Person Centered Therapy, and Gottman-informed relationship strategies to tailor treatment to each individual's goals and circumstances. Together, we'll identify areas that are creating stress, develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and create realistic plans for change. Whether you're working through anxiety, addiction recovery, depression, relationship issues, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief, or life stressors, therapy will focus on practical solutions that support meaningful and sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a nonjudgmental, collaborative, and supportive environment where honesty and growth are encouraged. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable discussing challenges openly while receiving practical guidance and feedback. As we work together, you may develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, improved stress management skills, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered to make lasting changes that align with your values and goals while building a foundation for long-term emotional wellness and personal fulfillment.
