Great to meet you!

My approach takes root in your personalized care where you are empowered to create your own treatment. With 7 years of experience in individualized, solution-focused therapy, I have successfully worked with clients ranging from young children, as young as five, to adults up to age seventy. My practice supports both individual and family treatments, fostering growth and positive change naturally. After meeting with me, you'll leave with a clear understanding of the path forward; we’ll define achievable goals, outline what your treatment will look like, and establish a solid foundation for ongoing improvement in your life. I also accept NYSHIP out of network and will help with claim submission on your behalf.

My approach to therapy

Throughout the course of treatment you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery. You'll identify what strategies work best for you, and which ones don’t, in building and sustaining a healthier, positive lifestyle. When we conclude our work together, you'll have the confidence and tools needed to face life’s challenges independently, equipped for success.

What you can expect from me

After meeting with me you will walk away with confidence knowing life will get better. You will understand what treatment will look like, clear goals will be created, and a solid foundation on what to expect moving forward.
