Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Paul. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I utilize a client centered approach and have experience working with clients with mood disorders, as well as substance abuse disorders.

I have years of experience working with clients in a psychiatric hospital setting as well as substance abuse outpatient treatment facility. I have worked with individuals of all ages who are experiencing depression, anxiety, adjusting to new environments/life changes, and those working on their sobriety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize open communication and create a relaxing, non judgmental environment for my clients. I want everyone to feel comfortable in our sessions and feel they can be as open as they'd like to be.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to focus on setting goals in our first session. I feel it's important to meet my clients where they are at and make goal setting a simple approach. I like for my clients to have realistic goals and want them to know we can always reevaluate goals as we move along with the therapeutic process.

In our first session I want to hear from my clients. I want to know what brought them to therapy, what they want to work on and hope to accomplish their goals.

Paul's style is
