Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Paul.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most vulnerable individuals and families. My journey began during my time with the Child Welfare Administration at the height of the crack epidemic. I witnessed firsthand how addiction, abuse, and neglect could devastate lives and disrupt the healthy development of both children and adults. These experiences ignited a deep passion in me to help others—supporting them in overcoming adversity and stepping into their full potential.
Determined to make a meaningful impact, I pursued a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York. Over the past 24 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people transform their lives through therapeutic engagement.
In my practice, I use a collaborative approach to guide clients toward clear, attainable goals. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care, I tailor treatment to meet each person where they are. Together, we work to shift limiting beliefs, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change.
Healing and growth are possible—and a new chapter can start today.
