Great to meet you!

Over the last 20 years, serving in child/family services and community mental health has increased my ability to connect with those stuck in the "hard" places. I have learned that sitting in the "stuckness" with clients is the best way to find the freedom to do something different. I want to help you find your "different" and the pathway to becoming unstuck.

My approach to therapy

I have developed the 4 Rs of becoming unstuck, which are Reflect, Reveal, Restore, and Renew. My role in all 4 is to listen, hold space, and offer guidance in exploring what happened to you instead of dwelling on what's "wrong" with you.

What you can expect from me

First session expectations include conversational questions that will help me get to know you, what you've been through, and what you're going through. The best advice I've heard about the past is that it's a place to visit for reference, but not to get stuck living there. We'll also discuss your expectations for our connection and what you hope to accomplish together.
