Great to meet you!

I hold my clients in high regard and carefully listen to them to hear the contours of their life and aspirations. My approach is warm, incisive, and encouraging of your strengths, as I believe your strengths are the best lens with which to see and lift-up your weaknesses. Growing up, many people don't receive the support and encouragement they need and their self-esteem and self-confidence suffer as a result; I will work and collaborate with you to understand and overcome that deficit.

My approach to therapy

I have expertise in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also specialize in treating relationships and will teach you conflict resolution and conflict de-escalation skills. I work holistically with clients employing breathwork, diet and exercise, and meditation along with traditional talk-therapy.

What you can expect from me

I see you as the expert on your own symptoms and will work with you beginning in the first session to deveop straegies and skills to address your problem areas. A first session includes an overall initial assessment of your current situation and an initial treatment plan to address your concerns.
