I am Paul KiYoung Song, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor native in English and Korea, based in Boston. I trained in hospital settings at Boston Medical Center, Tufts Medicine, and NOCD, working with clients across a wide range of needs. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and depression.
I use evidence-based methods: CBT, ERP for OCD, and HRT with a structured, practical style. We identify what's keeping you stuck and work on them collaboratively. I also bring a cross-cultural lens, having lived and worked in the U.S., Korea, and Hong Kong.
The first session is about understanding what brought you in and what you're hoping to change. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of your goals and a rough plan for how we'll work toward them together.
