Great to meet you!
I believe counseling should provide a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you can be open about what you are experiencing and feel genuinely heard. My goal is to understand you as a whole person—not simply focus on a diagnosis or a particular problem.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and difficult life experiences, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship and family concerns, and significant life transitions. I have a particular interest in helping clients understand how past experiences can influence current thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. You bring your experiences, strengths, concerns, and goals, while I provide professional perspective, support, and therapeutic tools to help you make meaningful changes. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of successful counseling, and I strive to create an environment in which clients feel comfortable being honest and authentic.
