Great to meet you!

Licensed marriage & family therapist with 20+ years of experience in vocational ministry prior to pursuing an additional career in counseling. Significant experience with couples, young adults, grief and loss, life stages/changes, existential and personal crises.

My approach to therapy

Very personable and relational approach that seeks to understand and meet clients where they are and provide practical tools to assist in facilitating desired change.

What you can expect from me

Clients determine goals they want to work on, and then we use sessions (and sometimes homework) to work towards those goals. Therapy is focused on increasing insight, processing thoughts and feelings, coming to terms with the past, better managing the present, and identifying practical changes for an improved future.
