Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with advanced training from Drexel University. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents, adults, and older adults. My practice integrates thoughtful medication management with supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle strategies, and collaborative care to help you feel heard, informed, and empowered in your treatment.

My approach to therapy

  • Collaborative and educational: I explain diagnoses and treatment options in plain language so we can make decisions together.
  • Whole-person care: I consider sleep, stress, medical conditions, trauma history, social supports, and daily routines when formulating a plan.
  • Measured and careful with medications: I start low, go slow, and monitor closely for effectiveness and side effects.
  • Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive: I strive to create a safe, respectful space for all identities and backgrounds.
  • Outcome-focused: We set clear goals and use regular check-ins and tools with rating scales when helpful to track progress.

What you can expect from me

A safe and welcoming space where I aim to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment that you can openly share what's on your mind.

My priority is for you to feel heard and respected.

My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling understood, hopeful, and with a clear path forward.
