Great to meet you!

Intrusive thoughts are robbing you of your time and quality of life. Anxiety has you on edge and unable to relax. As your therapist, I will help you recover the joy and peace you once had. How is this possible? By genuinely listening to your concerns, utilizing proven therapies, and being a reliable resource for your growth. OCD and anxiety do not have to rule your life.

My approach to therapy

I follow the gold standard approach when it comes to helping Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Exposure Response Prevention (or “ERP"), which I combine with techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, promoting "psychological flexibility". These same exposure-based treatments strengthen resiliency and help people heal from phobias, trauma, and panic.

What you can expect from me

Recovering from OCD is challenging. Know that my only "agenda" is to help you be where you want to be in life. We move at the pace you set. I am happy to offer consultations where I can walk you through the process and address any concerns or questions you may have.

(Please note that I am unable to accept EAP clients at this time)
