Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Paul! I have a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy and a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Illinois University. I genuinely enjoy working with people of all ages—children, adults, couples, and families. I've worked in many different settings, including private practice, hospitals, schools, and senior living communities. While I specialize in grief/loss, anxiety, depression, there are various other areas I have experience in supporting clients with. If you think I might be a good fit for you, please don't hesitate to reach out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is really focused on you as an individual. I strive to create a safe, comfortable space where we can explore whatever brought you to counseling together, using a person-centered, culturally sensitive, and holistic approach.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little bit lighter, like you've been heard and that we're working together on what's important to you. I hope you find our sessions to be a safe place to explore things, and that you leave with a greater understanding of yourself.
