In our sessions together my intention is that you will consistently experience a therapist who is attuned, engaged, and open to your experience. My hope is that you will leave each conversation with increased insight and skills for mood management in between sessions. I most often use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I use these modalities most frequently because I find them to be the most effective in changing our internal stories and external behaviors - both of which are necessary for decreasing depression, anxiety, and stress.
