Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for 30 years working with children, teenagers, and adults. I attained my master's degree in education from Clemson University and my licensure in 2012. I specialize in anxiety management and working with unresolved trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has access to inner strength. Life circumstances can get in the way of our ability to access that inner strength. I look forward to helping you to gain access to this inner strength and to providing clarity, self-compassion, self-confidence, and understanding. I have a direct, "tell it like it is", approach that my clients have told me they appreciate.

What you can expect from me

The first session consists of building rapport and history gathering. I always give the client the opportunity to add any information they believe is important for me to know or to give additional information on questions already asked during the assessment. I always ask the client what goals they have for therapy and inform them of how I think I can help them achieve those goals.
