Great to meet you!

My story started over 30 years ago when I saw a need to help people get over the speed bumps in life. Therapy can be scary if you don't have the right guide to help you. My Masters Degree is from Friends University in Wichita KS. My life is filled with a loving wife of 34 years and three adult children of which two are married. I focus on helping people understand how to overcome anxiety, depression, losses, relational conflict, vocational stress and PTSD, I am here to help you.

My approach to therapy

I engage with the client to set an atmosphere of openness and acceptance. I will explore your family system to help you better understand yourself and the effect of your family on you. My approach is very practical and engaging.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a better understanding of yourself and how to use tools that will help you continue your journey of health. You will learn how you got to where you are and what it will take to keep you from getting stuck again.
