Great to meet you!

My name is Paul Tran, and I am a Vietnamese-American Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with various populations with diverse backgrounds and challenges including trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, racial challenges, and immigration issues. My mission is to offer you a safe space for you to truly express and be seen as your whole self, and to bear witness to your growth and healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the author and expert of your life, and I'm here to go at whatever pace feels good to you. My main approaches to therapy are positive, holistic, and integrative. I use a wide variety of modalities in my approach so that we can best meet your needs and find the best way to approach your wellness.

What you can expect from me

My clients tell me that they feel a sense of belonging and understanding even after just the first session. I want to get to know you and understand your unique background, stories, struggles, beliefs, and joys. At the end of my time with you, I hope that you'll develop a deeper appreciation for yourself, your history, your healing story, and your ability to thrive.
