Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and difficult life experiences. I also work with relationship concerns and men who may be struggling with stress, emotions, or major transitions.

My goal is to help you feel understood without judgment while creating real, lasting change. Whether you’re trying to heal from the past, improve your relationships, or simply feel more in control of your life, we’ll focus on where you are now and where you want to go.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. We’ll work together to understand how past experiences may be affecting you today while building healthier ways to manage thoughts, emotions, relationships, and stress.

I use approaches including CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT, adapting treatment to your needs and goals. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. My role is to help you understand yourself, build confidence, and develop tools that actually work in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to talk openly about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to be different. We’ll discuss your goals, your experiences, and what you need from therapy without judgment or pressure.

You can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation and a clear sense of where we can begin. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and confident that we’re working toward something meaningful together.
