Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 2 decades of clinical experience mostly in mental health. I draw from many years of experience as a gay man, including educational and practical knowledge. Thus I understand what its like to be marginalized and feel different like you don't belong.

My approach to therapy

I use a compassionate, non-judgmental, understanding, strength based approach by acknowledging and welcoming your whole person - body mind and spirit. I specialize in LGBTQI2+, depression, anxiety, loss, mens issues, trauma and relationships.

What you can expect from me

By helping one to identify, understand and learn about the issues, beliefs, and themes that are in oneself, and then figuring out ways to cope and regulate our emotions, and feelings about those issues that need attention. With the ultimate goal of feeling better, and more accepting of oneself. then this process can allow one to move forward in their life.
