Great to meet you!

I'm a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 17 years of experience in the counseling field. Educational, individual and couples & family counseling are some of my strengths.

My approach to therapy

Therapy approaches in CBT are utilized to help individuals, couples and families in the process of self-discovery and acceptance. Exploration of personal barriers, feelings and emotions and work on trauma are among the many outcomes of the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help my clients identify the reasons for their struggles and to help them find the tools and strategies that are most beneficial to each individual. After our first session, clients should feel safe and comfortable letting me help them. Therapeutic goals are collaboratively established.
