Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted for who you are. I enjoy working with adults who are navigating transitions in relationships, work, identity, or other areas of life, especially when they feel stuck or uncertain about what comes next. I’m passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, understand the patterns that may be holding them back, and build greater confidence in themselves. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and direct. I believe that many of the patterns we develop make sense when we understand where they came from, and therapy can be an opportunity to explore those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. I’ll provide a space where we can talk openly about difficult things while also being honest about what may be getting in the way of the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re currently experiencing, what you hope will change, and what you would like to get out of our work together. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and sharing at your own pace, without pressure to have everything figured out from the start. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and that we have a clearer sense of where we can begin.
